A discovery call is a quick chat with one of our project managers about the goals, needs, and vision you have for your project. We’ll use this call to determine if your project is something we can help with, as well as to put together a detailed estimate. Learn more about our process.
At Boulder Collective, we aim to provide you with the best possible solution for your project – this includes providing you with the right product for the right cost and timeframe. We also pride ourselves on being quick, proactive, and effective at communicating. After all, we’re here to work for you.
We’ll have a quick initial chat about your project goals + needs. If further exploration is necessary, we’ll schedule a paid Discovery Workshop, where we can dig even deeper and work out any tough problems you need solved.
Using the information in our Discovery Session, we’ll develop a detailed estimate for your project with costs, timelines, and deliverables.
Once you’ve agreed to the estimate and we’ve signed all the necessary documents, it’s time to get to work. We’ll build you a detailed project timeline so you’re never wondering about where things are at.
This composes the bulk of the project, and is where we’ll turn your creative vision into reality. We’ll provide you with weekly updates during the entirety of the project.
After you review our work and give the OK, we’ll finalize your project and launch it. If we’ve developed future milestones for your project while building it, we’ll continue to work with you past the launch date.
